By placing an order you are agreeing to receive deliveries from Natural Living as specified above until further notice. Changes, skips, and cancellations must be made on or before the Saturday ahead of your scheduled delivery to avoid being charged. The contents of our boxes change week to week and all items are subject to change due to availability and quality. We reserve the right to issue credits and/or substitutes if necessary.
Payment is required upon delivery. We accept checks and can set up automatic payments. We do not accept cash payments or credit/debit cards. If you prefer to set up automatic payments through your online BillPay, please schedule your payment to be received by us on the day of your produce delivery. Payments must be received within four business days of your produce delivery to avoid a $20 late fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee.
Should you be dissatisfied with any item, notice must be given by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will happily send a replacement of equal value in your next delivery.
